JKLS was founded by Jule Kucera, a workplace learning and performance professional with an over 20-year proven track record of consistently excellent performance solutions. Her training has been translated into over 14 languages and has been delivered to over a million people. She has led training and train-the-trainer sessions throughout North America and in Central and South America, Europe, and Asia.

Jule begin her career at Arthur Andersen and held positions of increasing responsibility at University of Chicago Hospitals, Baxter Healthcare, McDonald's Corporation, and Equity Office. She takes the most pleasure from her contribution to tangible results, such as the $18MM increase in cash flow that was achieved at Baxter Healthcare.
